Yesterday night, all the ESTEC 2006-2008 Spanish Trainees met up for an innovative avant-garde dinner. It was our representative (Fernando) 's idea and it turned up quite alright. The only condition we had to fulfill was to bring some innovative food. I brought an omelette with tofu, tuna and soy sauce. Other dishes we could enjoy were chicken skewers with strawberries, nice quiches with salmon and peppers, cinnamon cookies... and even some fried bugs which tasted nothing.
And to finish, this is us, the spanish trainees who enjoyed the nouvelle cuisine dinner.
